Bracket Pull Tester

Description

The Bracket Pull Tester is a unique pull tester bracket with two legs that offer a distinct advantage. It can be used to hang your Rock Exotica Enforcer with a carabiner. This feature is not commonly found in other pull testers.

The operation of the Bracket Pull Tester is straightforward: Insert the unit into the bracket, bypassing the eye of your dynamometer through the slot and attaching your carabiner. Then, utilize the threaded rods (legs) by rotating them to generate force. Your dynamometer will accurately measure this force, enabling you to test your anchor placement. We’ve incorporated a ball-bearing disk within the feet to minimize the effort required to rotate the rods, making the process even easier.

We have a long history with pull testers. Back in the day, we often had to come up with custom solutions to test the anchors after a fall protection installation job. We didn’t have the machinery to make something nice and light, but now we do.

Why build this bracket? We spent a lot of money on pull testers in the past, and of course, it came back broken after being lent to someone. (I won’t mention names.) We had enough of it and made a new bracket to use the Enforcer we have lying around.

It is the perfect solution if you need to pull-test your anchors occasionally and already have a dynamometer. We can also build a top plate that fits your specific unit.
